Technology
meets leadership

I didn’t start in IT.

I started with my hands — on a production floor in Nordborg, on a motorbike as a military orderly, and on the docks in Middlesbrough. That background shapes the way I think and lead. I understand what it means to actually do the work, which makes me a better partner to the people I work with.

Over the last 20+ years I’ve built a career across manufacturing, logistics, coffee and media — moving from hands-on system development to leading IT across Nordic clusters and global organizations. Since 2013 I’ve worked in international teams, which has given me a genuine curiosity for different cultures and a practical understanding of how to get people to work together across borders.

For me, IT has never been about just fixing issues. It’s about understanding the business well enough to contribute to it — making the right calls, building the right foundations, and turning technology into something that actually matters to the people using it, creating value for colleagues and business.

Today, team development is where I spend most of my energy. Many years of hands-on experience gives me a solid understanding, but my focus is on creating the conditions for others to grow and do their best work.

And I still find myself genuinely excited by what’s coming next. AI is the current frontier — not as a novelty, but as a serious tool for creating business value.
